Come join us for Tai Chi/Qi Gong (a relaxing meditative form of exercise) on Mondays at 5:30 pm in the Narthex!  We are following a new DVD by Don Fiore—Easy Tai Chi/Qi Gong especially for Seniors. This one has sitting and standing, and if you have a tennis ball, bring it!  Hope to see you on Mondays!!
