We would like to thank all the generous members of our congregation who donated their services to the Service Auction. We are blessed to have a very talented and generous congregation!
We would also like to thank everyone that participated in the auction on Sunday, April 27th. With your help, we were able to raise $5,200 to help eradicate malaria in Africa and to feed hunger children that attend Pierce Elementary. All of the money raised will be donated to Imagine No Malaria and our own Pierce Panther Pack ministry.
Finally, we would like to thank those individuals that volunteered, at the auction. Thank you to Eric Wylie for his help with the sound equipment and Justin Gehrts for his auctioneering skills, Ron Nelson, Pastor Paul and Les Minor for bid spotting (and joke telling), Sherry Minor and Tracy Gehrts for working the registration and check out table, Maryann Stewart and Margaret Nelson for setting up and making coffee, Jen and Steve Mineck for arranging the silent auction and Deidra, Jenny, and the youth group and youth leaders for coordinating a delicious lunch. Most of these people performed multiple jobs. What a great team!
