UMW TUESDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY
We will be finishing our study of Jeremiah and taking a look at the book of Lamentations. In the Message, Eugene Peterson introduces the book of Lamentations by saying that: “Lamentations, written out of the Exile experience, provides the community of faith with a form and vocabulary for dealing with loss and pain.” We meet Tuesday mornings from 9:30 to 11:15 AM in Fireside. We invite you to join us for study and fellowship. PLEASE LUG YOUR MUG FOR COFFEE TIME.

UNITED METHODIST WOMEN’S ASSEMBLY 2014
Women from around the country, as mission partners across the globe, and even from different faith backgrounds are planning to attend the 19th Quadrennial Assembly of United Methodist Women at the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville, KY, on April 25-27. At the 2014 Assembly, UMW members will celebrate, share sisterhood, and remind one another how Faith, Hope and Love in Action turns the impossible into reality every day. In 100+ workshops, women will help one another reach new heights in spiritual growth; develop leadership skills; cultivate new ways to strengthen our mission work; and learn more about environmental sustainability and best practices for incorporating these principles into our daily lives back home. Some members will come early on April 24th to participate in the Ubuntu Day of Service within and around the Louisville, KY area.
